What it is?
Gift Service aims to ensure that the recipient of the order will be 100% satisfied, even if the sender is unsure about the color, size, or style selection.
How does it work?
All gift service orders will include a gift receipt with details instructions on how to request an exchange if the recipient is in any way unsatisfied with the item. Once requested, we will cover the cost of the exchange including any restocking fees and shipping charges in both directions. The recipient will incur any out-of-pocket costs related to the exchange as long as the replacement is of the same or lower value. Store credit will be issued to the recipient for the difference, if applicable. Only one no-cost exchange will be allowed. Furthermore, gift service orders are rushed to ensure timely delivery and the exchanges are prioritized for quick turn-around to guarantee 100% satisfaction.
Can a gift item be returned?
No, gift service items can only be exchanged. Store credit will be issued for the price difference if applicable. RX lenses or custom Made lenses are not returnable, cannot be applied to the store credit or used for an exchange.
The exchange must be requested within 5 business days of the receipt. The item must be returned in the same condition as received. Only 1 no-cost exchange will be allowed. This service is only available in United States.
