How does price matching work?
If you find a lower price anywhere else, just fill out our Price Match Form by clicking on the "Request a price match" link, or give us a call at (888) 293-4755. You can also send an email with all the relevant information to [email protected] Please keep in mind that a great deal of work goes into price matching products. We also do our best to not only match, but actually in some cases beat the competitor's price. All we ask in advance is to reserve the requests to the items that you are willing to purchase once the price is adjusted. All prices are subject to change without any prior notice. we are only able to match prices advertised on other sites prior to any discounts they may offer. If purchasing frame and lenses , we match the entire price of our competitor frame, lenses, shipping. coolcash is not available on a price match and cannot be used toward any price adjustment. Price matches cannot be applied to previous purchases. It is not possible to price match once the order is placed. Price match cannot be applied to an exchange.

The price matching policy applies to almost everything we sell. The item must be identical, including the model number, color and size. we will match frame, lenses and ship charge of competitor. The item must be in stock and available for purchase from an authorized USA reseller, whose authorization we reserve the right to verify. We do not match Amazon, eBay, Jet, overstock or sites that do not specialize exclusively in eye wear related items.
Are delivery charges included in the price match?
Yes. We compare the total cost of the item including any shipping and handling fees. If the other company's delivery charges are not listed, we will either add $10 to their price or contact them for a quote.
Can I price-match prescription eyeglasses?
Yes. We will compare the total cost of the frame and lenses of your choice.
