Actual delivery dates may vary due to product availability, delivery location and weather conditions. Delivery times exclude weekends, holidays and the first day when the order is placed after 4pm EST. Please allow additional time for any special requests.

Taxes & Duties:
We are required to collect Florida Sales Tax on all non-prescription orders shipped to Florida addresses. All international shipments will be sent with duties and taxes to be paid by the recipient. Duties will be assessed by the importing country based on current laws governing imports. Any import taxes or Tariffs are the sole responsibly of the consumer. Coolframes.com does not assume any responsibility for any taxes or Tariffs for any items shipped outside the United States. we strongly encourage that our customers check with your local Customs officials for any fees that may be incurred.

All packages are sent out via trackable services of USPS, UPS or FedEx. For domestic orders, you may select the Signature Waiver Option to request a service that will not require a signature at the time of delivery. We strongly recommend NOT using this option because packages without Signature Confirmation may be left unattended by delivery personnel and then lost. If you choose the Signature Waiver Option and the package is lost, we will not be able to assist you in recovery of the item or compensate you in any way for the loss. We reserve the right to send out packages with Signature Confirmation even if the Signature Waiver Option was selected, especially for "high-risk" orders.
