All frames are guaranteed to be brand new and defect free. If your package is damaged during shipment or if there is a manufacturer defect we will exchange the items free of charge. Additionally, we will allow for a one time exchange of an item for another one of equal or greater value without a restocking fee, but shipping charges in both directions will apply. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the package to request the exchange. The merchandise must be returned in the same condition as received, including packaging and certificates of authenticity. The cost of prescription lenses is not refundable, unless the lenses are defective or there was an error on our part. Whenever possible we will try to reuse the existing lenses and reinstall them into the new frame at no charge. Please allow 2 weeks for processing. exchange must be made within ten days of receiving merchandise. NO EXCHANGE WILL BE EXCEPTED AFTER 10 DAY GRACE PERIOD. replacement cost for free plastic lenses are $9.95 plus any additional coatings. please send a $9.95 check or money order made to out to optical store for return shipping. International customers will be responsible for shipping cost for the exchange, a $29.95 charge will be applied to an international exchange.

All other returns and exchanges will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All merchandise must be returned in original condition.
