How does price matching work?

If you find a lower price anywhere else, just fill out our Price Match Form by clicking on the "Request a price match" link, or give us a call at (888) 293-4755. You can also send an email with all the relevant information to sales@coolframes.com. Please keep in mind that a great deal of work goes into price matching products. We also do our best to not only match, but actually beat the competitor's price. All we ask in advance is to reserve the requests to the items that you are willing to purchase once the price is adjusted. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions. Which items does coolframes.com price match?

The price matching policy applies to almost everything we sell. The item must be identical, including the model number, color and size. The item must be in stock and available for purchase from an authorized US reseller, whose authorization we reserve the right to verify.

Are delivery charges included in the price match?

Yes. We compare the total cost of the item including any shipping and handling fees. If the other company's delivery charges are not listed, we will either add $10 to their price or contact them for a quote.

Can I price-match prescription eyeglasses?

Yes. We will compare the total cost of the frame and lenses of your choice.
